Hi all, new guy from Ontario checking in.

I recently got back into RC. Had a few buggies, a track car and a few monster trucks as a child growing up, forgot how fun they were. Nice to see my kids enjoying the same experiences I had as a child ...well not exactly ALL the same experiences. its amazing how far the RC world has come since I was a kid in the 80s, availability, the modern technology, motors, better batteries etc. not to mention the internet for help and insight. Everything has come such a long way.

While looking for a buggy for my collection I came across a complete, still in the box RC10 Classic this past weekend and picked it up to build. I didn't realize the significance or history of this particular buggy... Just awesome! I'm totally stoked to build it now!

Cheers
J

Hello Leyland and welcome to the brave new world of 2.4ghz, lipo, and brushless. I was away for 20+ years and had to catch up as well. I think with all the new technology, cars are a lot less hassle and more fun now.

Hey there, glad you found us! Just be careful with that RC10, they like friends... you'll have half a dozen of them before you know it! :P
