I just bought some tappable aluminum tubing to make nose tubes/chassis braces for my BME chassis. What size tap do I need for the screws in the front and side?

yeah, 5-40 is also used by associated in a few places. should still be a size carried by mcmaster. you can get all-thread, or some long screws and clip the heads off for the other end. use jamnuts and red loctite on both sides, and they should work...

Good points about the auto-stick...does an auto-stick EXIST that really lets you shift in a performance manner like a standard? The computer overrides anything you'd want it to do that's outside of what it considers safe . :? My Torrent has that too...

I bought this rc10 today and wanted to see what people think. The one question I had was if the slipper nut is tightened all the way down, and it still slips, what’s the problem? Any help is great.

Ah, of course! I'd bet someone used the wrong grease. Ball diff's require a special grease which is actually not an ordinary lubricant. I think maybe this happens often.
Anyway, it's good to learn that you've gotten the problem sorted out.
