For those of you who have decided to make a B4-B5 style semi-permanent rear wing, how did you cut the front 3/4 of the body, and how did you mount it?

Also, did you keep using the back 1/4, and how did you mount that?

I have a rear shock tower...

This is what I have currently, also a late model style sing mount. Can't remember what car it'd from, I want to say B4 though. Note the ginormous holes needed to get the body off around the wing mounts.

If you guys have stripped a body and have the hazed windows, try spraying them with a clear coat. In most cases, that will make the windows clear again.

Got a pair of the new bodies today.

Next to Cadillac era body.

It's not as sleek as the old style.

The front window profile isn't the same.

Wing and window masks.

Not a huge fan of the new design, sorry to say. I'll cut it out and...

The one you are calling a Cadillac is actually a Viper body, completely different and two generations newer than the original Protech. The Cadillac era could have been a Protech, Protech II or Viper but the Protech II and Viper were on CE and Team...

203.2mm is what mine measures. Are 200mm bodies exactly that wide or is that a rough dimension? Seems like the obvious answer is Yes you idiot! A 200mm shell is exactly 200mm wide! , but you never know. I don't want the tires to hang out of whatever...

i won this chopped body dirt cheap for a runner , i thought it was a protech but when it arrived i saw it definitely is not a protech. Any idea what this is? it has little fins and kinda sorta embossed lines in the side and top.

totally off topic, but I am a pretty big camaro fan. Saw this on ebay as a lot, the onroad car at the top has what looks like a 2nd gen camaro body. Anyone seen anything like this before? Thanks ahead.

The first body looks a bit toy like but the paint job in the one in the link RichieRich posted is ace.

It doesn't even look like the same body :shock: I love those Time Tunnel bodies...simple, but yet proper.
