I still think that OEM wing looks silly, it's too undersized to do anything beneficial.

mtbkym01 your fox looks good.. Need to rebuild my original one... Needs a chassis and since these came out I think I can find one for less than a small fortune they were before.. Looks great..

Nice one. My first real r/c was the Fox, and I have a thing for black too. Here it is as it sits today, the same as it was the last day I drove it back in the early 90s. If I get a re-re I'll probably make it a duplicate of this car to run.

I'm with Alex on this one. I wouldn't bother with trying to restore an original Tamiya unless I was willing to spend a fair amount of extra money to replace some plastic that's almost certain to be brittle, damaged and cracked, stripped out, etc....

...I saw the front wheel sticking out of a box curbside while going to visit some friends.

It appears fairly low mileage although absolutely filthy. There were a few stick packs as well as the landfill charger and radio.

Hint: Always cut back...

I was thinking that a Fox rere was probably a cold day in he11 chance. Weren't there a couple of Knockoff foxes from Taiwan or something.. The big T never made anything else on that chassis, my theory was that they sold the molds to someone in China...
