I've had a stock notification for the #6310 gold nose plate for quite some time. Last night, I get an email saying "This item has been discontinued".

I can understand the gold one being disco'd. That was from a kit with a limited production run. I would think the worlds style should be around for a bit, but you never know.

Very true. I've a complete black tub set in my stash. I've been working towards a gold tub set, have tub and motor plate so far, just need a nose plate at a decent price.
