Another DHawk order: another front bulkhead for one of my JRXs and a set of wheels for the DS.
Also still waiting on my EXODesigns order. I've come to hate how vague the tracking info is from the shipping companies.

Got some motors coming in the mail....
Flying Point new in bag motors. Look to be a black silver can, from what I can see..... but that's all I know - have not yet been able to find any further information about type, turns, or what model they were sold for. All I can say for sure is they're a 540, so that's good.
Will do some testing when they arrive, I guess

Finally found vintage Tamiya Rough Rider front tires.
Ebay seller's pics: on the way here from Hong Kong.
Only needed those front tires, but will use the rear too. Have the vintage Rough Rider decals from MCI, that will all go on a 2009 reissue "Buggy Champ".

I wasn't going to build this model if I couldn't find these Sand Blaster JR front tires.

I'm not a motor collector but the Dynatech 02h is a piece to a puzzle that I'll probably never actually put together.

There's also a Tamiya Acto-Power TRF Tuned motor, which I didn't know existed until I bought the lot.

This thing. Disregard the OG price tag.

What's the market value on CS-60's these days? Have a used one to sell....
The clear case Cirrus servos can get pretty stupid priced, especially nip.
I once bought a partial slider, mostly on the chance that the servo still worked (it does).

I'd take it apart and clean everything with dish soap and a toothbrush. Use a wire wheel on a Dremel to clean the hardware.
If needed, whiten the plastics with peroxide, then rehydrate them.
You may need to replace some parts. But luckily, most of the parts are common right now.

It'd take a fair bit of alcohol before I considered doing that much cleaning......

I said a FAIR BIT...... that's merely a
@THEYTOOKMYTHUMB breakfast...
I hate cleaning cars. Right up there with maintenance, and just ahead of race preparation.
