I don't 100% agree. The 'suggested retail' has been increased too. If it was a tariff based price, I would expect the suggested retail (that the real retail price is below) to be more inline with earlier re-re prices. I think AE is also just increasing prices.

Or just buy 1 of the last fan rc runs for $380 and get a better quality buggy

Yup, $460 for anything with a 6-gear trans is pulling my leg. Fan RC kit with the stealth is looking like a steal now. I'm starting to worry for what the prices are going to be for the masami stealth car or a B2 kit!

I absolutely agree with the additional analysis. Companies will no doubt find leeway to increase prices alongside the fluctuations to further increase their margin. Pragmatically, I think the days of cars under $400 are over.

Alright, with all of these releases, what are the odds that we get a B2/3?

Yup, probably a Cliff Lett tribute truck. In the black and white AE pic with the stealth trans, you can see through the shock tower hole that the chassis is a different shade than the motor plate. Bring on the powder coated chassis!!!!!!

Thankfully the new higher price point for re-re's was set by the Kinwald and the Graphite. Ugh.

I'll try to screen shot the RC10T video unless someone beats me to it. There was a lett truck on a stand and wonder if that was a pre production sample.....
