countersink is not needed, they are just telling you because they give you a flat head screw and it really should have been a button head or the brace should have been countersunk. It still works just fine

How do you bend the kink in to the wing wire?
Also do you mill the chassis and nose plate an motor mount from some know dimensions thanks
