For all the problems he had in his life he did an amazing amount of good and touched the lives of young and old alike. Just think of the song Jermaine sang to him in his tribute and SMILE.

He was truly an incredible performer, maybe the best ever, his art is genius, but he was also a child molesting freak. Even though in some ways I almost feel bad for him, I think the world is a better place without him now.

That's a bit harsh given that he wasn't convicted in a court of law. Yes, there is generally no smoke without fire. However, given that the guy believed he was Peter Pan (see Martin Bashir interview), it's really questionable as to whether he had the "adult intention" (i.e. the mens rea) of doing anything untowards if he did so, that is. In his mind, he was still a kid. Truly tragic in many ways!
As for musical talent, however, the guy was up there with the best and the world is much worse off for him not being around. At least he won't have to put up anymore with all the scum that surrounded him and took advantage of his child-like naivety to get at his money....

Jordan Chandler, the kid that accused Jackson in 1993 has come out and said he lied about the child abuse.

Michael Jackson was and still is one of the all time greats in my life time. Loved him to death when he was black but Im sure he had his reasons for evolving his appearance. Kinda sad to see such a beautiful person endure what he did.
I truly hope he can rest in peace and I hope all those that tried to fleece him get whats coming to them in good time.
R.I.P. Michael.
