i had the shock caps done they are just sitting off to the side for now.... i just thought the blue ones would go well with the factory team parts....and give a bit of contrast....

as far as the color purple.... not sure why i like it... i just remember as a kid, that if you had either purple or blue parts on your car you were cool... stock was so lame.....hahah damm kinwald he is the one who started it back at M'n'M hobbies in corona in 95

I love these "old / modern" builds! Very cool and inspiring. I hope to someday get one going myself. For those of us with less knowledge- it is great when you guys write down the parts list as well. Very nice job in laying out the parts and color combos. Can't wait to see how you incorporate the colors into the body. Thank you.
