I too use extract. IMHO, it's faster, easier, and just as good as AG. I've got a pale, apple, and pumpkin ale that are all really good. I'm a malt guy, not a hop head.

I agree with that. I did move up to kegging, but I'm not having great results with carbonating that, so I might go back to bottling.

when its cold the ladies still wear next to nothing, which is nice to look at when he goes outside for a break. at least i assume thats what he meant.

Does it ever really get cold in Aussieland? If not, then that would be why the women wear bugger all. Of course, that then raises the question, what's a bugger, and why would someone want to wear it?

I know what bugger off means, and it's not real nice. At least in the UK-
