I actually liked that one pretty good. At least the kid removed some wood off of the block.

That's one thing we noticed BITD when we ran them in the scouts. Disappointingly fast was the "golden brick".... Ain't no tellin how much sanding I did on mine thinking that less aero drag = faster. All for nuthin.

BITD mine was pretty much a brick too, and not surprisingly, dog slow. I only ran the derby one year. The winner was a banana shaped car, painted yellow with a Chikita sticker and everything.
