You can actually use B4 rear wheels and OE rear RC10 arms with the following mods:

- B4 rear hubs and CVD axles
- BJ4 rear bones

This way the rear end is slightly shorter than the B4 one

Yup, you would need the complete B4 rear hubs with bearings and spacers, the B4 CVD axles and BJ4 CVD bones. I'm not sure you'll be able to buy the bones, hardware and axles separately though...

Can't I just use the TT Phoenix CVD ? (B3 clone)

There are probably other options possible, be creative...
