I know of a guy that will plate that chassis for ya in 24K gold. Pretty cheap - maybe $50 or so (I think). The only trick is you need to chrome plate it first before the gold can be applied (not sure why, but that's what he said). I was going to keep that little tidbit for my own build but I don't have the cash for the chrome, let alone the gold.
