Looks like its going to be one sweet looking buggy when your done. I'm definitely envious of your aluminum C-hubs.

Awhile back I found the same chassis on ebay to do a replica build of my old buggy (as the original is long gone). Always wondered the mfg of the chassis as I can't remember who made it bitd. I will try to get pics.
Beautiful build...but I'm sure most of us expect nothing less from you.
I think DA Graphite made CF parts with wood cores. I'll check my old mags and see.

Stellar build!

Did MIP make those parts red originally or are they dyed? They appear hard plastic so I assume original red, but just curious. Got an exploded view of the front gear case? Again, just a stellar project!

Yep the front knuckles are factory dyed and are just out of the pack, brand new.
The only exploded pic of the front gear case I have taken is this one, full of 25 years old grease

And here are most of the parts that should complete it, still missing a few and need to work on the rear shock tower and bulkhead and drill the holes that should allow the chain to pass through. I'm a bit stuck at this point as I am waiting for the tuber chassis to be ready...

Thank you guys, I can't wait to build it further as I've been waiting for ages for the chassis...
I am still on the hunt for a complete and preferably NIP or in very good shape MIP torque control unit and two 0.71" MIP rear golden shock shaft. Any help would be highly appreciated!
Here is a pic (courtesy of Al) of the Tork Control top shaft I'm speaking of:
