They could be the same...I know that Ultima arms are certainly different, they're quite a bit wider at the thick end where they pin to the frame.

I received something I purchased on eBay a week and a half ago that looks very promising! The seller has BIN's on a pair of arms of about $10, but had one for sale with no start bid, and I won for a buck. It looks like a cinch to install in place of the stock rear Turbo Optima arm, has 3 mounting holes for shocks (just like the stock arms), and very similar specs. It's about 6 mm longer than the stock arms (72.5mm from pinhole-to-pinhole vs. 66.5mm) which could either be easily re-drilled at 66.5mm or fitted with Kyosho Lazer 65mm CVD's. I'm excited about this, stay tuned for an update once I confirm the fitment!
