CC is killing me...if they re-do this chassis, it will be ANOTHER new chassis I will order from them. The CC/Worlds chassis is on the hit list right now, just got done talking to the wife about it. Now I need to talk to her about the SE/LXT chassis

Well I was building a Composite Crraft car about a year ago, when as you know I got talking to one of the guys at Composite craft. He asked if he could use my NIP chassis to redraw it up in their new system. I was starting to think I wasnt going to ever get it back and it showed up. well the deal was I would get one of the new ones for my trouble. so here it is, the new one is Carbon Fiber not just plane carbon. So here it is I think the new one is much cooler.
The only issue I see is they drilled the sterring post holes to big, but thats my fault I had mine drilled out for the RPM sterring I am useing on mine. it mounts with 8/32 not 440 screws.

Well I made a little progress on the LX-t, I was moveing right along and hit a road block. I was digging out all of my nip parts for a new Retrofit trans and started putting it together when it hit me I have to grind a slot for the trans to fit. so I stuck a LRM case on their to see how it looked. so should I cut the relief in this beautiful chassis for the retro fit or just use a LRM?
By the way I used nip RPM steering blocks and front arms. Lunsford TT Turnbuckles, I cut a custom Blue Battery pad to go with my custom Blue motor plate I have blue shocks to go on it also. the RPM sticker will be comming off I just stuck it their to keep the finger prints off the new pad.

hey Rick,
I ran into the same problem when I mounted my MIP trans on the jrxt. It "should" fit, but the alignment wasn't right...and it threw off the motor mount. I wound up making a spacer that raised the bulkhead and rear pivot block. There was a hole to allow the trans to sit lower.
Since you have the top plate, you just need to add thin spacers on chassis posts.
Regards,
Roger

Rick, if you are just shelfing this (cause I dont know how good the shocks are or arent), I think the Speed T or Speed NT or maybe the Strike came with threaded blue shocks. I may be wrong though.
