Well he bought the company so wouldn't that make him the full owner? Unless hes recently partnered with someone and split ownership of the company.

I don't see any of them actually paying to get licenses to make the original decals again, It looks like they just don't want anybody else making money in the RC area.
Doesn't sound like good news for anyone trying to restore a vintage car :( Which companies are they? Where can I read more about this?

I hate to drag up an old thread but ....

I just got some shocks for a scaler im working on, after looking at many shocks i decided to get some Pro-Line power stroke shocks, they cost about 10 bucks more per set but i figure what the hell, they are made in America.... well they are not, designed and developed in the USA, made in Taiwan. well i guess we can take Pro-Line off the list, if i knew that i would have just bought some imported shocks and saved my money grrrr....

I recently spoke with Joel Johnson about the AKA tire brand, and all of their tires are made right here in the USA. The only product they outsource is their molded inserts. Theirs like everyone elses are made overseas, because of EPA regulations.

On another note, my understanding about the J-concepts tires is that they are not made here, but overseas as are most of their products. Not sure though as I haven't spoken with Jason in a few years. -Jeff

Calandra isn´t an oval company. Yes they make an oval car but their main products are roadcourse pan cars since the beginning.
But I don´t think their parts are made in USA. At least not completely.
