Thanks! It sure has been a lot of work!
My biggest score lately, a painted TRX-1 body in near perfect condition.

Should show up soon!

Lookin good so far. You have my curiosity goin though on why you went with the blue shocks instead of the bigbore teflon coated ones?

Blue shocks were on the earliest production models. I also like the way that they look better.
Filling those rear shocks reminded me why I hated shocks that do no self bleed. On my E-Revo, there is a little hole in the shock cap to allow just the right amount of excess out oil out. I probably spent an hour or two trying to get these just right. One drop too less = losts of oil frothing, one drop too much = ruptured seal. I finally did get them just right though.

The teflon coated shocks were on the "Limited Edition Worlds Car". Not sure if anything else was different though. I've seen a couple of them on the tamiyaclub site. Just a sticker slapped on the original box. True Traxxas style.
Oh and the shocks were the older pro-series. Mine is the one with big bores.

Alright, small update but a lot of progress!
Got this in the mail today (only needed 4 parts though):
What I needed:
right output shaft (different package)
gear cover (extremely hard to find!)
battery cups (just as hard to find!)
front bulk/arm mounts (just as hard to find!)
Does anybody know what this is to? Kind of interesting!
Starting to look like something!
Got the MIP drive cups on too.

I just got a box filled with a complete running TRX1.

It is full of cool stuff. Most importantly, it came with a body. Picks will be up asap.
I am still looking for a NIB body though.

What about the TBG TRX-1 body on ebay?
There was a TRX-1 parts lot on ebay last night complete with original six spoke white wheels, were you able to get it?
