Do I run it (as I had intended to), or rebuild it and use it as a shelfer because I hate to run something in such good shape? Got it for a great price, so money is not the issue :) . -Jeff
Was it the one with the light blue body? If so..thats the one I was eyeing as well. I ended up picking up the Triumph that same seller had listed.

Yeah, for $60 USD you cant beat it. It came with a servo, motor and nice Speedo too. You did well on the Triumph btw. I would have bought it too, but I have a near new runner on the shelf :) . -Jeff

I think the RB Type R runs pretty much like a B3. It does drive better than a Pro-X.

Hey Jay....does the transmission look like it would drop into either a triumph or ultima, or is it a completely different design?

The transmission is a standard 3-gear. It is taller and thinner than the stock Triumph or older Ultima transmission. You could probably make it work, but it's not a direct bolt-on deal.

Great car on clay but the issue i had with it over here in the uk was the chassis was too long and it lacked steering so had to go. Pity as it looked great and i liked the transponder mount which i used on both 2 and 4 wd.

Sorry to bump and old thread, but i just now saw the comment about the chassis being too long. I have a fix for it if someone still has these cars. I have released an 3D printable chassis with two versions. First one is stock length and second is 2mm shorter than stock. I can also easily modify the design for any customs lengths.
