So..... On to finding the elusive Reedy motor with the red label (WTF is that anyway?) and the Novak RX and servo! The pics from the "box" of the box art car!

Um.... Yes I have a #1 esc!

It is 13x2, 4wd off road and oval racing motor.

Oh sorry, I was a little unclear here. I meant that Reedy green dot is a 13x2. I have no idea what the red label motor is, but I really like to know too what is it. The green dot motor was released at same time as blue dot 12x2 (and maybe yellow dot 16 turn motor, but I am not sure with this). Those were the last Ultra series motors.

wow Rod, great job on those so far! So funny that you posted a "finished" one without the body painted
You should start with a vision of a painted car before you start building one...you would save money that way

Thanks Anthony. I sometimes like to have my cars with clear bodies, so I can see all the detail inside without removing the body! That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

So I made up a nice looking 1300 battery pack. I know it's not correct but it will do just fine until I find some 1200 cells!
I restored these Novak 1 ESC's for it as well!

1300's look nice Rod, and they are sooo close to the 1200's that i will give you a pass
now that servo may be a problem.....................

The red motor will be much harder to find!
Oh, I just noticed that I need to tape the early Novak 1 case!

It's late I'm going to bed!

Hey Rod,
I studied my 12L manual last night and you may not need a modified motor. The manual shows a silver can motor in the fiberglass car, cannot see the label.

Oh!!!

Then it would be a stock blue label with an Edinger address that I need!

Right???

Definitely a different motor from the graphite car! Hard to tell in the black and white photo but I wonder if the label was blue or green?
Thanks for the help Brian!
