Now I have a 6-gear transmission with black motor plate. Picture shows the condition.
Inside I discovered a small surprise. One axle drive gear bearing missing, diff axle wrong assembled and teflon bushings totally worn out.
Need to fix it...

Now I have ordered spare parts for the 6-gear transmission.
Finally I found it! This chassis looks exactly right.
Attachment for 6-gear transmission only, saddle pack battery, smooth side edge front end. This must be it.
Funny thing is that even now I do not know the manufacturer of it. Or any code. The seller did not know either.
Chassis width in front 70 mm, middle 122 mm and rear 52 mm.
Can anyone identify this chassis ?

Thanks.
I had a hunch about it because Composite Craft parts were quite well available at the time in Finland.

I will do this rear axle mod to be able to use modern 2.2 rims. Dogbones will stay.
To get (almost) right look I planned to use ThunderTiger PD8982 rear rims and PD8979 in front.
Picture shows new parts assembled:
-Original hub
-Rear axle b4/t4 RTR ASC9670
-Bearings FR166ZZ (x2)
-Universal shim 3/16" ASC7368
-Axle wheel spacer ASC9608
-Universal roll pin ASC7369

Worn shock bodies are ok to me but these shafts are totally ruined.
Shocks on my former race car were not flawless outside but technically they were in good shape.
I need clearly order new shafts and O-rings.

Assembled the transmission while waiting for the shock parts. Added also electronics. No "replica" - these are the originals.
Does anyone have an extra front roll bar? Any offers?
How was it fixed to the Andy's front arm. I do not remember. Long threaded ball end?

if you aren't too hung up on getting a "genuine" sidewinder bod, you can get decently-prized repros

RC10 Replica Project in disguise.
I had to test the car even if I don't have the right body yet.
