That is sad news. I bet he had some really cool stuff in there. You would assume someone like gill losi would be pretty clue'd up on how to charge a lipo safely

On a side note, Gil Losi Sr & his wife purchased the house in 2009 for $2,000,000! Must be nice.
They even have a track at their house.

Bet the track made them real popular with some of the neighbors!

Thank you for the reminder! I was just browsing the interwebz getting ready to sleep (it's 1:30am here in Toronto). After reading this thread, I finally took the time to gather all my lipos and put them in the ammo box. I've been meaning to put them there since October last year! A 4S in the laundry room and a 2S in the Hauler bag. What was I thinking?!?!?!
All it really takes is carelessness and a bit of bad luck. One can never be too careful with these Li-Pos.
Thanks again! Now I can sleep..
