ah, that's a shame, really. this is THE perfect example of why you are better off just selling parts and not complete cars if you goal is to keep funding other projects.

but it's so hard to part out a perfectly good car like that. hate to see it get parted out . What kind of slot car track is that in the pics? ho 4 lane?

I see you guys feel my pain. I became quietly irrate yesterday when I found out. Such a shame, I really liked that car but it was too nice for me to part out or use. In my mind there wasn't another option. Oh well
BTW the slot car track is an HO scale TOMY track layout, four lanes with full computer lap tracking and power control. It's a blast and it's always there, I don't need to drive anywhere when there's 4 feet of snow outside if I feel the need to race!!
Thanks guys.
Time to focus on my two gold pans, the "runner" and the "mistake"

Wish I would have known - should have listed it here - I would have given you the $200 for it and kept it together
At least it'll live on - the rear suspension mounts are headed my way.

unfortunately yeah, vsefiream doesn't have BST access yet, and being new to the vintage stuff, probably wasn't aware of the chop shop situation.
I'm sure there were a good number of guys here that would have picked it up for the sale price.....

It's like anything else, you take a few hits before you get the hang of it. It's been a long time since I owned an RC-10 and the nostalgia got the best of me for sure. I'm just going to unload the "mistake" ASAP and get my runner together. If any others fall into my lap I won't complain

With all the parting out of original cars its making the complete orignals worth even more.Due to guys buying the hopup parts and running or racing them and making the more valued parts higher then hell now.Double edge sword i guess.I have an almolst complete original 93 94 worlds just missing the fiberglass battery brace and rear wheels. Still aint found them parts yet.DON

The fiberglass battery holder was easy but pricey. The rear wheels are like hen's teeth. Good luck

Are the rears three piece? Or just yellows that take 2.2? Probably shouldn't have just glued those tires on. Look at pics new to board. Just had new old stock lying around. Check part # when get home. Like this guy no bst yet. Love and hate eBay and the chop shop guys. I can't beloved didn't see this car sell I'm pretty good bout checking eBay all the time. I've got a vintage postal itilan 1/20 th track. Father in law had a 4 lane set up long ago now a 60s monogram full sideskirts and rails. like you said don't have to go far to race. Oh and no batt charging.

Quit running those wheels I guess didn't deluxe they were that rare. New they weren't common but. Someone else could probably use them for a shelfer. Wait for bst I guess.
