Id agree thats an Andy's, think there is a pair on the 'bay so you could put a couple of new ones on, but i dont have any parts for this sadly. Bit of work there for sure. Chassis looks well pooped by the cell slot too.

That's a sad looking dog. I remember finding this forum because of my first dogfighter - you're in the right track. 
I might be able to help you out on some parts. I think I have a full shock set, a hub carrier and at least one suspension arm.

Thats some crazy toe-out on the rear I think your previous builder didnt have instructions.
