. One of my next projects if I ever get around to it is to buy a re-re body and paint it red again.
I think you'll have enough projects after you get started on all the stuff you just got from me....

Yes it is a small world, I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Rod, and Tri.
Rod might recognize me, I have yet to get to the north store Rod now that the south location is closer.
I did go a few times, I asked for you and you were not in. Tri sold me a few parts and very cool body.
The choice on the 08 bike was a good one, why not take all you can, Rod, give him a great winning chance!
Any progress on the Bruiser? I too, have wanted one. Patience is the key I think.

I got it (the chassis) all together a few weeks ago at a race in Drumheller. I will get some pics up later as I have them on the computer at home and I'm at work now. I mostly just need to get the body off to a friend, who will do a stunning finish of blue on it! Got to get that done asap! I don't like 1/2 finished projects laying around! I have too many of those!
Hey Dave I still have those Losi motors waiting for you at the train desk!

I will be up in the next little while for them Rod. Very nice of you.
I have a few of those half finished projects laying around as well. I would like to see the paint when you get it done, sounds good so far.

I should have shown this pic before. You guys are probably saying " That has nothing to do with a Bruiser" but you could not be more wrong. This is one of my sons sponsors Airdrie Autowerkes, and with out the money and tires, I would not have been able to go to the last few races. Therefore not building my Bruiser! So you see how it's related?

Thank you Airdrie Autowerkes!

Looks awesome Rod. I started to build my re-re bruiser and it was missing a bearing from the transmission

Rod, I wanted to come to Drumheller to see Cody race, sorry Shannon and I couldn't make it. Would have been sweet to bring the rock crawler and the KOH build to the badlands.

These pics are really making me want a new Bruiser to build this winter.
Just gotta keep looking at my Mountaineer and fight the urge! Don't know how long I can do that for though.

I would rather have a Mountaineer to be honest! Don't get me wrong, the re re Bruiser is still cool but it's just not the same as an original. At least when Tamiya re did the Scorcher, it was very close to original looking! I wish they had done the same with the Bruiser! That tranny, diffs and black chassis just don't cut it IMO!

Yes I wished they kept the transmission the same at least.

That's what I keep telling myself. So far it's working.
