DerbyDan wrote:I like it - reminds me of some BMXs in the 80s - the pink goes well too with the purple spur the odd screw dotted hear & there. The XX will be a great car to learn with for your girlfriend for sure.

As for your bodyshell - I think a Jammin Johnson esq' colour scheme will work well?

P.S; do I spy B&W speakers in the background?
Thanks Dan! I like the purple too, although it was kind of by accident rather than design as they were already on the car. Purple trinity screw set would be nice, but hey its to be used (and abused im sure) rather than shelved.

As for the body, a pink and white colour scheme for sure. Not sure what yet tho.

p.s Indeed you do spy b&w speakers, there are 7 dotted around my front room plus a sub. My neighbours hate me!

Nice, i know who to contact when i get round to getting a Cougar chassis powdercoated

If you're into competative racing, then there's plenty in the area, although off-road is about to end for this year.

Yes, we built it last year next to the MotoX track. We only have two more weekends racing on the calendar though :( Weather is starting to turn.

So you were involved building it? Superb. I followed the blog via oople (i think?) It looks amazing! Is it open all day sat/sun weather permitting? Id love to visit during the week

The weather is so gruesome in this country, makes me jealous seeing all those lush tracks in california, florida, just america in general! :(

Wonderful all you guys got stuck in and built that. 8)

There's a gate at the entrance that stops access to the site, basically it's a working farm so the farmer keeps the gates locked, so it's only opened when we're racing or the MotoX is running.

We'll be racing this Sunday, usually someone will be down from about 11-12, but racing won't start until about 1pm (got to cut the grass :? ) All are welcome, the more the merrier, although the fair weather racers might balk at the temperature this weekend

What a great pic! Is that a yoke with dyed plastic shocks? Interesting...
That's no yok'. It's my Wyvern with Academy's "hop-up" shocks. I think yours are better than these plastic units though.
