Well, it's obviously not aftermarket, what with that big ole "Kyosho" logo on the front. I stand corrected!
I'll put up some pics of the one I have tonight or tomorrow, just for reference.

Yes, it's a Burns bumper. I have one of those too. It came with a used LWB Optima Mid I bought so I guess the combination is not rare.

There was a Swedish national rule that stated that you had to have a 250mm wide bumper in a flexible material… I remember that I just attached an antenna pipe and got in an argument with Dallas Mathiesen and won!
