If it's only the resistor(s) you should be able to replace them with something similar easy enough

its putting full voltage through it at all speeds and has a burnt solder joint, i really dont have much knowledge about repairing it. chances of finding another zero.

That sounds more like wrong wiring: a broke, resistor would not pass any current.
Try putting up some pics with all the wires in view and their connecting points

ah, that's what I like: a real runner!
The window edges are a bit messy. µI'd run a black marker along them to clean that up a bit. Otherwise very sweet theme for the paintwork

Since these are both pretty rare cars, just a little note for the historical record... the SG Coyote and AYK 566B Super Trail Baja Bison bodies do indeed look similar. But as I own new original examples of both, I just thought I'd note the differences for you all, for the future. SG (Italy) obviously copied the general style of the AYK (Japan) body. However, they are absolutely different bodies and not even close to being from the same mold.. Meaning I would not expect a comfortable cross-fit, in either direction.

The AYK body...

- Is larger. At least 3cm wider than the SG (we are talking about the actual body itself, not just the cutout). But it is also on a larger mold cutout with curved corners, while the SG is smaller mold cutout with square corners.
- Lacks a rear wing as part of the mold, while the SG has this.
- Is made from clearer, more transparent polycarbonate. The SG is slightly more opaque.
- Has a longer nose, before the sides begin to curve outward. The SG nose is at least 2cm shorter before the curvature begins.
- Has a larger front window, while the SG is smaller.
- Has a different shape and number to the ridges behind the roof.
- Lacks the hole inlets to attach the rear wing (obviously), while the SG has them.

...And many more differences. They are totally different molds.

cheers,
H.

Great build ! I'd just confirm the above , I fitted the 556 body on my Coyote and its possible but not a direct fit at all .
