Well I don't care about prices as I don't own any. But it would be cool to get an NIB gold for a low price!

I'm with Reg. I don't see it happening.

If they do re-re it, I would be interested in it for parts, but even the Tamiya re-re seem to be hard to get parts for at hobby shops.
Showing parts for the Sand Scorcher as already discontinued.

Has anyone noticed if this ad caused a suddeen surge in ebay listings for gold pans?

If a re-re is in the future, and the pan is the same as the originals, I would like to see what stamping/if any, is on the chassis.

It would likely be a "d" stamp, which would be "ð" in chinese

But in collector terms, I do hope that all parts have some kind of new markings

So just for fun, assume they will release it. The price would be a little expensive for a new kit (like Tamiya did with the Avante), but still very cheap compared to current NIB prices. So... how many would you buy?
I think I would be tempted to get a pair. One to keep and one to build.

For sure at least one. It would be after all ,apart of the rc10 family. I don't think a second, as a runner, I already have a few of those.

Oh and while we are here did anyone buy any of the Tamiya re-re's? The Avante looks good (for a Tamiya

)
And which cars do you wish would be re-re'd in future?
My wish additional list would be:
Optima Turbo
Yokomo YZ-10
Burns Turbo
