i was looking at my Chromalusion-10 build hanging in the basement this morning. i'm running a buggy plate and rpm "truck" arms on the front of it since my plan was to use b4 wheels (OIN out back).
i pulled one of the arms and matched it up to one of my custom arms because they looked very close, and they are. my custom arms are
about a 1/16" shorter.

I was looking at your Chromalusion-10 build a couple months ago and read that you said B4 wheels will rub against the RPM truck arms when turning...meaning they're no good for a new type of WOIN front correct?

ya, they're too bulky up in the front. wheels turned + compressed suspension = no good
it's a slight issue with my custom arms as well, but nowhere near as bad. that's why i said they still need some tweaking in my earlier post. might have to move the castor block ahead a bit, remove some of the sweep.

The Cobra Nemesis arms would probably run into that problem too with B4 wheels...they've got a lot of material up front just inside the outer hung pin holes.
Your arms sound like they're the same length as Traxxas Bullet/Sledgehammer arms. Those work on a buggy kick-up and B4 wheels but their interference problem is caused by the nut under the steering link ball stud on the knuckle.

Yeah the Cobra arms are just a little off but I too thought of using them for a future oval project.

Cool thanks for the comparison. Now I really regret not getting a pair of those RPM Bullet arms Sheldon's used to have listed.
