I bought something long ago and the PO sent it back for some reason, so he got the goods back and had my money. No communication to get it sent back and I naturally asked for my money back, but had to open a case (cause he wouldn't respond)..... so be banned me.
HA he banned me too years ago... actually this reminds me this is why i havent bought from him for ages

Sounds like even more of an idiot than I thought. It sounds like many of us vintage RC fans are all banned...aren't we his target demographic? What a moron!

It's been like 6 or 7 years for me. Think of what I could have potentially spent over that time period, all over I think it was a $100.00 order. Whatever dude (to jr-rc), I'll give my cash to a well deserving 10talk member.

I see your point on the percentage of negative feedback being very small. Of course if you filter all feedback by negative feedback only, it's going to look bad, with all red this and that. What I took from the feedback, however, is the nature of the complaints, and the evident lack of communication to resolve them...terrible customer service to resolve complaints is bad news. If you're in that small percentage of unlucky customers, you're gonna be screwed, from the looks of it. And, some of those items were very pricy items with little or no attempt to resolve the disputes. Buyer beware; communication is a major part of customer service and eBay feedback.
Oh, you're totally right about that. I just find it strange that in the early 2000nds his communication was okay, and apparently it has now degraded into nonexistence... I haven't bought anything from jr-rc in years...

I mean, this guy truly was a staple of the "hard-to-find-or-discontinued-typically-JDM-RC-stuff" business on ebay years ago, he even was one of the first ones, to me it's him, RCVoltar, and Jim... Actually I bought a NiB YRFII-SP from him last millenium, it's still stored in the original cardboard with his sender address on it... if anyone is interested in giving him a personal visit... :D

Anyway - things have gone south since, it seems. Still, he's got a 6-digit transaction count if I saw well

shame anyway...

Any resolution on this?
I finally gave up on him and opened a claim with Paypal.
I know everybody is busy, but when you can't even let a guy know if or when $200 worth of parts have shipped, I'll find my parts elsewhere.
