Yes both stickboy007 and rccars4sal in that the ABS isn't good for the structural parts.. I 100% agree.. However, 3d printed nylon is more up the alley for structural parts... Taulman 645 nylon is very strong even 3d printed on a desktop 3d printer is the setting are right.. Here is a youtube video from openRC showing a wheel going through a torture test made in 645 nylon.. It was an eye opener:
http://youtu.be/cdn0YFoTZtM... He really beats the rim to death.. While a solid cast part will be stronger, the 3d printed part is plenty strong.. I have 2 (one RC10 and one YZ-10) of Green Hell's 3d printed bumpers and they are very strong and I believe it is not nylon.. nice part too.. check out
http://www.taulman3d.com to see their spec sheets on their nylon's.. Pretty interesting.. I wouldn't use ABS for structural parts either.. These are for prototypes and non stressed parts (bulkhead caps are a maybe due to the belt tension systems on the Works cars) or even low stress parts..
Peakey I'll put up a BST ad when I have the wing buttons available.. Have to finish some stuff..
As far as your chassis sets go rccars4sal, your stuff is really nice.. I an very happy with my top deck I got from you and the optima mid parts and I know they will be good parts.. When I get a few bucks and you have the 91 stuff for sale, I'm very interested in the parts.. Was wondering if you will have the chassis plate as well.. I am looking forward to when you have some set up for a Works 93 (hint hint)..

Slight progress. Finally found a home for the RPM bulk heads. All prototype parts, so some holes a bit off,, but the rpm adjustable belt tension helps heaps!
