you can use an xacto to score the lines and then either bend and snap or tear the lexan. Believe it or not the lexan wil rip right along the score line and leave a clean edge. Make sure the score line isnt too light though

Well! you have a wast involvement in your grasp. I don't know whether there is one, yet I think the least demanding approach to take is to get a decent set of scissors. On the off chance that you take after the line of the shell, deliberately things may be finished with great.
