Hey doc, I spent very few time at home these days, I promise I'll dig into my old magazines as soon as I can, but again, I feel like I have it, I'm not 100% sure, just to avoid any disappointment

I did some pre-search yesterday and didn't find anything, I'll have to dig deeper and review all my old RC mags... stay tuned, with hope

I've not seen this in color...

There is a video of that indoor arena in color on the Gene Hustings DVD.. It is the 1984 'faux' WC at Annaheim

Sadly, it doesn't show that car even though the photo's of the track are in color on the DVD.

Still elusive eh Doc?!!

Took some time this weekend to think about where else than in my stuff I saw that picture, and I wonder if it couldn't be one of my brain farts...

I think I swap it with this one

Not to hijack, but.... David, did that line of Dahm's/Van's Invent you had ever materialize? The pic you posted reminded me of it.

Ed will have to take a picture of a colorsample sheet and convert that to black and white to pick out the corresponding grey hues.
Or just content with the fact nobody here can tell him his choice is off

I was not aware that Gene was born before an apple felt on good old Newton's head. I guess they perform better just because all the weight from the shocks is actually lowered, which helps to enhance center of gravity of the car...
