Been awhile since I had to convert 32p to 48p, or 48p to 64p, or vise versa. But if i remember correctly:

32p to 48p:

32p spur/pinion x 1.5 = 48p spur/pinion (example: 54 x 1.5 = 81). Divide the 48p spur/pinion by 1.5 to get 32p.

48p to 64p:

48p spur/pinion x 1.33 = 64p spur/pinion (example: 81 x 1.33 = 108). Divide the 64p spur/pinion by 1.33 to get 48p.
