Their going on eBay for anywhere between $250 and $480 http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_sop=16&_nkw=rc10%20classic&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&rt=nc&_trksid=p2045573.m1684

I truly feel that in years to come this will be the rarest version to get.

My three kids 5,3,1 occupy most of my time. One if these days I'll go through what I have, build some and sell the rest.
It's a non-issue really. When buyilt they are tight, but once run once or twice they feel like normal. I too was concerned, but then just figured, #$%& it, and when out and drove it. Within 5 mins the gearbox was noticeably quieter.

I had a total of 5 of the classic kits. I traded one for a Yeti XL, that truck is fun to run around the lot.

Still have the rest sitting, I cracked the seal on one to have a look at what is what in the kit. I want to build one.

The rest are sitting, I posted one online locally and had lots of lookers, no takers. Not for my price anyway. I am in no hurry to sell anything really, never will be.

I have mine built mostly, but have lost interest in keeping it since I now have a bunch of basket cases that I get more pleasure in fixing/tinkering/running. I'll probably end up selling it soon. I really had no idea their value went up. Strange.

I still race mine :) I've run the crap out of it....bottom of the chassis looks horrid. I had another I got on the cheap...ended up building it up onto a graphite chassis (that was near mint), buddy saw it and had to have it. I used the old graphite parts (that were dyed ugly orange/red) on the re-re chassis and sold it off (all dyed nice and black).

I have raced and run mine quite a bit. I need to get an additional nose plate and chassis so that if/when I retire it I can replace the scratched ones.

I just ordered a Worlds and I am going to build and race/run that one as well. I guess I don't do shelf queens. lol
