Nice paint job on the first chassis. That blue is bling'd out! The second truck looks solid too and for $50, great deal

Gotta run it and put some scratches on the bottom of it now to match the condition of the rear suspension arms and mounts
Yeah $50 seems to be the going price for beaten up RC10T's, so cheap I can't stop buying them!

Nice looking 10T. Is that blue paint metallic (brand/type) ? Might have to revive my scratched up chassis the same way.

Yeah it's metallic, don't know if you can get the same brand where you are. Got it from an auto parts shop, it's "Holts Dupli-color" paint, colour is called "cyan blue" which seems to be some random colour they make rather than matching a certain manufacturers paint.
Best off taking some AE blue anodised part along with you and try to match it up.

That's a T3 tower, doesn't matter I can just cut my own carbon front tower from a sheet

Got an RPM transmission. Took the guts out of the black stealth box from the 2nd truck and rebuilt it. Running a B3 slipper. Will see how it goes with the 9000kv brushess!
Then I had to make a transmission brace, what is it with those things? They're always missing them..
Also had to drill some new holes in the body to put it in the right position, for some reason they hung the front of the body infront of the bumper..

Ever wonder why the decal sheet has those fake hood pins?

What if you stick them on the right way in the right position it shows you how far from the front you need to drill the holes?
