good pics, btw. How do you think the 3d printed square adapters will work with time?
I call them bottom load, as they are original shocks, not CE or team style loaded from inside. The fronts are CE /Team style, as I need those for my original first RC10 (coming soon).
Hard to say with the adapters, I easily threaded the holes with a 4-40 tap. A mild motor might be ok, but I would feel better if it was delrin or aluminum or even hard nylon. I have another set for my graphite Team car, so maybe Ill try...

Ha, sorry - silly me... sure, with the seals outside. you are correct and I am wrong!

Not sure where you got the yokomo adapters, they should use 3mm hardware, not #4-40. The hole if modeled after the original would actually be too big for a #4 screw, and likely not as strong as it would be with 3mm hardware. Since the printed parts leave powder in the holes, it's a little deceiving, so be very careful there.

I guessed it would be metric, but I don't have metric taps yet. I checked with a 4=40 tap drill and then I just tried it. It felt fine. I don't even know if they are meant to run or not. I do have front and rear Yoke wheel adapters and screws, but I didn't want to open the package to check. I will get a tap and die for the other set of TH1 adapters I have.
It was Shapeways, not sure who designed them. I would rather have nylon or delrin made vs this white stuff.
