Yeah, they´re pretty much the same, although the one for the MRC is longer.

I can't make up my mind if i like it or not ... its sure is "interesting", maybe with a different wing it would work better. Just looks a bit unbalanced to me.

I´m not crazy about it either - Like You said, perhaps with a different wing / wing color.
A god and creative painter, would most likely be able to make it look good.
