Any recommendations for spur gears? The factory 105t is for the 30k rpm .12 OS and is geared too low for my brushed electric setup. I think I need something in the 75-86t range but I am not sure what will fit.

Making some progress. Got a new motor and I was able to figure out the transmission except for one item. The spur gear wobbles however the driveshaft does not appear bent. I think it is related to how the inside slipper plate rests on the pin but I am not sure. The wobble is enough that the mesh is perfect for about 2/3 of the rotation and then tight on the remaining third. Obviously not ideal, but not sure how critical this is.

If you can find a 32 pitch spur gear that will fit, I'd switch to it. The larger gears are much more forgiving on mesh.

New driveshaft fixed it. I will keep that in mind though. I do have a Mod 1 gear and it is way too big. 32p might work.
