The top is just a mix of a MIP RC10 and Hot Trick RC10 with the RAM IRS kit. The second is the Hot Tirick Hotshot.

Jim means GISOM wheels. They were alloy versions of Hotshot wheels. The red adaptors were made by them as well. Picture below shows a set of them on my Hotshot.
Hot Trick Hotshot adaptors were more substantial with roll pins to give drive.

Hot Trick offered an swing arm (or IRS) rear suspension kit that was universal for their Ultima, Optima, or RC10 Chassis kits and they call it the RAM Rear Suspension. If you look at the RC10 on the Timetunnel link you posted, you will see what I am talking about. I have a kit NIP, but it is in my storage unit. Hope that helps.
