I would have run it without scrutinizing at all before I restored her as all the parts were totally out of use, you should see how it looks now with all these new hop-ups all around, to name a few: MIP, Hyper Drive, Trackmaster, Parma, JG, Andy's, RPM, Raborn, RPS...
I'll take some pictures tonight to show you where I'm at...
About those wedges, do you think that some shims could do the trick as well? Now that I think of it, the chassis screws must be at a (wrong) angle when you use those wedges right?

i don't think the angle of the screws would be
that bad.
the other question would be........ do you really need to put them in? your not going to use the car, and bbt didn't design the car use them. i raced with alot of these bitd, and i don't remember many guys using them.

Nah, the only thing that annoys me is that you have to reverse the front c-hubs and file them in order for the steering to work properly. I now mounted some Andy's front a-arms and the knuckles still rub a bit against the arms when shocks are not compressed at all.

What c-hubs are you using? The higher the number the less of a tilt they will have compared to the arm. The best one for fitment is I believe the 30degree as the hinge pin actually goes 90 degrees through the hub so you will not have that problem. Not sure if the 30's were available in white though.

I have a pair of NIP 25° in white but have never seen them either in white or black actually. If eevr someone has a pair they would like to get rid of, let me know!

Made some good progress lately on this bad boy. I managed to finish poloishing and restoring all the metal parts, Robinson Racing steering system has been added and solved pretty much all the binding problems due to the absence of kick-up, also added some Raborn sliders (thanks again Scr8p

). It now features an alloy Team Pit Stop steering rack and old school Parma shock collars all around. The next step will be to adapt some Yokomo front wheel adapters to make them fit the Mini Mag front wheels I plan to use. Stay tuned, more pics will follow later on today!
