That's not for MY lunchbox.... it's getting a Hyper Hornet style rear suspension and gearbox setup. I just saw the tank and booster setup this weekend and thought 'I know who would make use of that!'

Some pics from our trip last week to the Covington area of Virginia. Great place for road trips.
Natural Bridge
Humpback Bridge
Mountain Lake Lodge. IE Kellerman's from Dirty Dancing. The lake goes through stages of filling and draining. You can see some water in the deeper area in the background. When we visited here ~3 years ago, the whole thing was dry.
This is a main hotel building on a property that started about 140 years ago, originally called Craig Healing Springs. It operated as a resort until 1960, when it was purchased by a church denomination as a camp and retreat center, and it continues to operate today. Researching the history of this property is one of my hobbies, and one of the main reasons we vacationed in this part of the world.
Roaring Run Furnace. A 19th century iron furnace. The remains and area around it are part of the Va State Park system.
The C&O Heritage Center
Falling Springs. This is as close as you can get to it legally unfortunately.

This screams for a garden railroad in my not so humble opinion.

Not sure about a railroad, but there are a lot of crawler lines build into the landscape

At the track tonight and got a shot of the lightning in the distance
But I also noticed an eagle landing on the light and was able to zoom in ... Looks like its dinner time

I think it's maybe a red-tailed hawk. We have what I believe are Cooper's hawks that routinely fly in circles above the house here.
