Wow, that was very cool of Jay!!! I haven't seen any photo's of Jay since the 80's so until I read Jason's post, I was like "Who is that guy holding Scr8p's car?". Ha!

That is very cool.

I saw Jay last night at my local track,and I asked him has he ever heard of this forum and he said yes...He went on to tell me that a guy sent him a car to be signed..I gues this was you?...He said he gets on here sometime and look without anyone knowing..And he said that he is very proud of you guys!!!! He said that it makes him want to build one of his own.. But he really commented on this car..He was really impressed!! and so are we all..Nice job...........

Finally.......FINALLY!!!!! after a search of over 4 years, i have a royal blue JG mfg. decal.
if anyone is in the market for a dual rear shock kit for the tamiya hotshot, please let me know.

thanks. i couldn't believe it when i saw it. to come up short for so long, i didn't think one would ever show up.

So then Scr8p when you put this decal on does that mean this project is finished

nah, i don't think i can say this car will ever be done. being as though it's supposed to be a replica and it's not 100% correct. not that ever will be 100%, but i'd like to get it a little closer.

Can't wait to see the updated pictures for your build here scr8p! Your replicas and those of others and their restorations are what got me to look beyond my "racer only" mentality and appreciate these cars as an art-form. I don't regret one minute of it either!

I really like your Halsey replica and PRP's as well. Two of the best Halsey replicas I have seen to date.

Looks like I'm going to be a little too late with this lot.....
I guess, if you need ANOTHER blue JG..... lol...... always happens I guess, find one, find lots.
