Home alone so I went with dry seasoned wings on the 18 inch kettle grill. Perfect for these situations.

Love how they list the bacon as "Canadian Style".
It could not be farther from the truth, sure looks tasty though.

Thumbs, absolutely ruined by using an oven.
Nuke that suckers for 4 minutes, take it out and pound it down while it is still glowing....

LOL, no, my youngest son loves those Tostino's pizzas, and only from the Microwave...it looks like a hot melted mess, but he sucks them up like they were candy.

Lookin great! How was the taste?
I went with a simple Jambalaya, added more shrimp, chicken and ground sausage meat.
No pics as I was hurried by the GF and the beer.

Since I had to come into work for a bit today(

), I smoked ribs yesterday to warm up for a family gathering later today. They seemed like they were going to turn out right. We'll see. Happy 4th all!
