6 oz Jalapeño Queso Burger on a toasted bun last night.

Home alone so I went with dry seasoned wings on the 18 inch kettle grill. Perfect for these situations.

As I’ve learned over the years, many members here are strikingly similar to myself. Children of the 80’s. The age of the rise of the home gaming console, the microwave and all the wonderful microwaveable treats that came with it like Act II popcorn and Micro Magic French fries. One of the few snacks that didn’t give way to the radiation spewing bully of the day was the Totino’s pizza. The sweet crust and the sweet sauce combined so perfectly with over-processed cheese and toppings. I’m sure many of you abandoned it years ago, but I implore you to give it another chance. If not in it’s natural form than in the highly modified improved form suggested in this post. They recently changed their shape and packaging(not their flavor), but don’t be alarmed. You will not only be pleasantly surprised, but transported to a simpler time and you’ll almost be able to feel the Atari or Nintendo joystick in your saucy hand as you bring each piece to your mouth.

450 degree preheated oven. One cup cheese. Pizza seasoning of your choice(I like Tone’s) and a vented pan. Jalapenos optional. Cook until very well done on a vented pizza pan.

Love how they list the bacon as "Canadian Style".

It could not be farther from the truth, sure looks tasty though.

In their defense that's where 95% of their protein comes from. They just list it as fresh cracked black pepper.

Nuke that suckers for 4 minutes, take it out and pound it down while it is still glowing....

LOL, no, my youngest son loves those Tostino's pizzas, and only from the Microwave...it looks like a hot melted mess, but he sucks them up like they were candy.

Went with Son of Porknado today. An extra mile tomorrow morning for me.

Smoked chicken halves today. Turned out killer.

Lookin great! How was the taste?

I went with a simple Jambalaya, added more shrimp, chicken and ground sausage meat.

No pics as I was hurried by the GF and the beer.

Since I had to come into work for a bit today( ), I smoked ribs yesterday to warm up for a family gathering later today. They seemed like they were going to turn out right. We'll see. Happy 4th all!
