if you mean just white delrin for making your own parts, try mcmaster-carr, or the yellow pages in your phone book for 'plastic'. mcmaster sells a bunch of raw material, and they have delrin/acetal in blocks, sheet, etc.

funny seeing that rack pro steering in the first pict. . I made those in the 90s. my old man design them and we made tons of them.

part of the winning edge and holeshot team. it all went thru my family owend shop. had lots of good times back then. are shop was in a hobby shop. that's what started the whole thing.
