Thanks scr8p. I thought all the 10T kits came with white arms. All the other plastic that came with mine was white. I figured the previous owner had just replaced the original arms (front and rear).

What years did AE produce the kits with the 'worlds' tower and black arms?

The RC10T chassis is complete. I took much longer than I had hoped but now it is complete. I still have to mount the electronics and tweak some stuff, though.

The part I dreaded most was the body and I murdered it! First, I moved while drilling for the front mounts, then I just straight up chewed the body while making the final cuts (and they said the hobby scissors would make it easier!!). Oh well, that just means another body down the road.

I plan on spraying the lid tonight. I had big plans for the paint scheme but now I am less than willing to try and save it. One color will do for now.

Overall, I am happy with the rebuild. I wasn't trying for a restoration, just saving a cool old kit from being ignored or thrown away.

I will post pictures soon and thanks for all the help received from this forum!

The chassis has been finished for some time. I have yet to run it anywhere but in a baseball diamond to see how it runs...I still need to finish the body (again) before I take it to the track.

Thanks again for all the help this forum has provided!

I finished the truck awhile ago but screwed up a new body. I ran it with an old body until Treehugger helped me better trim out a new lid - Thanks again!

I've added the RPM trans, CVDs, and the new body since last posting
