I guess that it is dissolved now, as I can not find any info on it- as I recall ( in the mid 70's) the M/K was a huge land preserve that bordered the Rockies and then east in Northern Canada at that time they were leasing very small amounts for natural gas/oil and wood I also cannot recall what M/K stood for, it was two names together representing some explorer and another-

BTW I was almost Canadian  In Northern NY I am like Canadian Light

It would be great to meet some of you guys - you can critique my cars ;)

At least it would be good to talk to some people who actually know something about the RC10 (unlike most of the LHS guys  )

Although the guy at Galaxy Hobby used to have one and raced it and the last time I was there with the car, there was an old guy there who says he had one that he raced and says he won the majority of his trophies with it. Claims to have won 80+ trophies. Gave me some good suspension setup tips

I/We should be looking at getting together something maybe.... late september. We used to have a little race set-up in Oshawa, a small track that the vintage stuff wouldnt get trashed on, but the owner bulldozed it last summer. We met a few times here and there no real home. As soon as I get planning something I will PM those new local members who showed interest on here plus the regular crew.

Theres a small track in plattsville ontario ( near kitchener) that might work, only a couple jumps and a nice drivers stand. How many people would be up for a race / swap meet / show and shine? What all classes would we run

I've never raced before - is there an easy track somewhere? Ideally with something geared for a beginner with a fragile vintage car

Hey folks. I'm in Oshawa, but unfortunately I have no runners. But I'd swing by somewhere to meet everyone and check out the rides!
