Will it have stickers that will allow you to build a box art replica? Or will it have the standard original sticker sheet? HMMMM....anyone know?
The decal sheet is entirely new, although it has a few of the earlier emblems on it. I'll try to get it uploaded to the site in the next few days. We don't have the decal sheets in yet, so it'll be a jpg of the artwork used.

Nice indeed. I always wanted to cut the pink out but didn't want to screw up a body painting it or ruin an expensive decal sheet but with these available I can give it a shot and see if I like it. If not remove them and get another sheet.

Well that is going to make semi-boxart cars very easy to make... how about some decal sheets to reproduce some of the other historic rc10's?

Happy to see this decal but sad that they did not acknowledge Chris Chan and Roger Curtis on the sheet!
About 30 more sleeps me thinks!

Isn't 'Roger Curtis' what the RC stands for?

I notice that it says, "This item is not available for direct purchase." Really?
Does that mean it only comes with the kit and that's your only chance to get it? I hope not.

For the purposes of rc10.com, it means that the part won't be available for individual purchase from rc10.com for a delayed time after the part's release.

Man oh man I am starting to get really hyper as we get closer to the release. I hope tower ships mine out ASAP. I checked non-stop until I saw it available fo r pre order and wasted no time.

So the new kit will have Oilite bushings instead of bearings, so I'm trying to compile a list of bearings to get before I build it.
According to
http://www.teamassociated.com/pdf/cars_and_trucks/RC10_Classic/RC10_Classic_Kit/manual_RC10Classic_2013.pdf you will need:
- four 1/4 x 3/8 flanged bearings for the rear wheels
- four 3/16 x 5/16 flanged bearings for the front wheels
- one 3/16 x5/16 and one 1/4 x 3/8 flanged bearing for the tranny top shaft
- two 3/16 x 5/16 flanged bearings for the idler gears (one each)
Now here is where I get stuck; the outdrives. The manual calls for a single 3/16 x 5/16 x 1/4 flanged bushing, which is obviously twice as wide as a ball bearing. Do we swap out the bushings for two flanged bearings and two regular bearings?
If so my count is five 1/4 x 3/8 flanged bearings, nine 3/16 x 5/16 fanged bearings, and two 3/16 x 5/16 plain bearings.

Will the holes in the chassis be countersunk fully for 4-40 flathead screws?

that's how it works on the original.
